I am psychotherapist, a violinist, a student, a father, and a teacher.

 As a client and a psychotherapist I learned how to communicate and overcome fear. Being real, true to my self and others is the key to to being me.

Being centered, living in the moment,  doing yoga, connecting, and playing the violin is what I am now. The more I learn about myself the more I understand others because we are connected. What I see and understand about others is what I know and understand about myself.

It is great to live without fear and truly love.
